Who do you work with?

We work with executives, senior leaders, and high-potential professionals, as well as leadership teams and organizations. Clients often include C-level leaders, directors, key talent, and teams navigating growth, transition, or increased complexity.

What types of coaching do you offer?

We offer one-on-one coaching for individuals and customized workshops and facilitated sessions for teams and organizations. Engagements are tailored to the specific context, goals, and developmental needs of each client.

What is your coaching approach?

My work is grounded in Integral Coaching® and informed by real-world executive and entrepreneurial experience.  All executive coaches are tenured or certified coaches and former senior executives who bring real-world insights to their work with our clients. Our approach is disciplined, practical, and focused on developing sustainable leadership capabilities rather than quick fixes.

How long do coaching engagements typically last?

The length of an engagement varies based on goals and context. Individual coaching often spans several months to support meaningful development, while group engagements are structured around specific objectives and timelines.

How do you measure the effectiveness of coaching?

Effectiveness is measured through progress toward agreed-upon goals, behavioral change, and impact on leadership effectiveness, communication, decision-making, and team dynamics. Clients own the work and outcomes, and regular reflection ensures alignment and accountability.
