About the Founder
As Founder of Inspirate, I am a purpose-driven executive coach with more than 25 years of experience across corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. I work with leaders who want to cut through complexity, gain clarity about who they are, and become more effective in how they lead—especially in moments that matter most.
My work is grounded in Integral Coaching® and focused on building the awareness, discipline, and perspective required for meaningful, lasting change. I am deeply interested in what actually helps people grow and sustain progress over time. Habitual mindsets and behavior, organizational pressure, and competing demands often make change difficult to maintain. Coaching creates the space and structure leaders need to reflect, experiment, and translate insight into consistent action.
I bring deep, real-world experience leading and advising within complex healthcare organizations. I began my career as a top-performing sales executive at GE Healthcare, where I developed a strong foundation in navigating large systems, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results under pressure.
After earning my MBA, I moved into healthcare entrepreneurship and growth leadership.
I was a founding employee at Accolade, helping scale a company focused on improving how people navigate the healthcare system. I later co-founded and led symbeo, a direct primary care model designed to reimagine the patient and physician experience through accessible, high-quality care.
I have also held senior leadership roles at Optum (UnitedHealth Group), working on partnerships and strategic pricing, and at DaVita Kidney Care, where I served as Vice President of Development within a Fortune 500 organization.
Across these roles, I have led, mentored, and developed hundreds of professionals. This experience gives me a firsthand understanding of the pressures leaders face and informs a coaching approach that is grounded, practical, and focused on real outcomes. Since founding Inspirate in 2017, I have coached and trained thousands of senior executives across the U.S. and internationally.
I hold an MBA in Health Care Management and Strategy from the Wharton School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University.

I work with leaders who want to grow in ways that are authentic, effective and sustainable. My focus is on helping individuals strengthen how they lead, relate, and make decisions in complex, high-pressure environments.
My coaching is grounded in authenticity, integrity, accountability, and compassion, and aligned with Integral Coaching® principles and the International Coach Federation’s Code of Ethics. I bring a high standard of care and professionalism to every engagement.
Outside of my professional work, I stay closely connected to family and community. I serve on the board of The Children’s Advocacy Center in the Chicago area and spend my free time with my wife and two children—often outdoors, traveling, or exploring the Midwest.
