about the coach

EDUARDO CISNEROS, MBA

I am a purpose-driven, passionate and dynamic coach who is adept at creating meaningful and powerful trusting relationships with clients. After 16 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience working across the health care system, I decided to become certified as an Integral Professional Coach®

The reason is two-fold:

1. I believe it is my purpose to help others become better at what they do by cutting through the noise, get clear on who they are and, ultimately, become who they are called to be.

2. I am fascinated by the discipline that it takes for a person to change - whether that is to become better or different.  Whether it is building on existing strengths or making significant changes, the human psyche and our external environment often make it difficult to achieve results that stick.

I help individuals and organizations by leveraging my own education, business experience and training as an Integral Coach® and help clients to become more aware of their current approach to challenges, to see new possibilities and then build the critical competencies needed to attain their goals in a sustainable manner.

MY MISSION

To Inspire Leaders who Value Themselves, their Teams, and their Loved Ones by Supporting Them in Building Sustainable Solutions to Critical Challenges.

MY BACKGROUND

I started my career as a top performing sales executive with GE Healthcare before attending graduate school.  After earning my MBA, my passion was healthcare entrepreneurship and I was a founding employee of Accolade, a unique startup that helped people understand and navigate the healthcare system.  Then I co-founded and ran symbeo, an innovative primary care business that reinvented the patient and physician experience and provided affordable high-quality care for a low monthly fee with no insurance required.  Next, I worked on partnerships and strategic pricing at a division of Optum (part of UnitedHealth Group).  Most recently, I was a Vice President of Development for DaVita Kidney Care, a Fortune 500 firm that provides dialysis and population health management solutions for renal care patients.  Along the way, I have directly or indirectly led, managed, mentored and trained hundreds of professionals. This direct and relevant experience affords me the ability to understand my clients’ current reality and skillfully work with them to craft a program that helps them achieve exceptional results.  I hold an M.B.A. in Health Care Management and Strategy from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University.

MY VALUES

I bring Authenticity, Compassion, Integrity, Fun, and Accountability to the table when I work with you and your team.  I believe in maintaining high standards when working with my clients and my approach aligns with Integral Coaching® as well as the International Coach Federation’s Code of Ethics.

In my spare time, I volunteer as a consultant for nonprofits in Chicago and serve on the Board of The Children's Advocacy Center, a nonprofit that helps children and families.  I live in the Chicago suburbs with my wife and 2 children under the age of 10. When not sledding down snow hills with my kids, I enjoy traveling, SCUBA diving, and playing in the lakes and leaf piles across the Midwest.
